Volunteers are needed to join the planning committee for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk taking place on Sunday, October 18, 2009, at the Tanger Outlets in Kittery.
Every three minutes, a woman in the U.S. learns she has breast cancer. Yet thanks to advances in early detection and treatment—and in a large part, to those who participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks—more women than ever will conquer the disease.
