We utilize an application, orientation and training process. We ask for a one year commitment. No need to have prior experience with youth, just compassion and the willingness to support someone in need. Applications must be filled out in entirety and all applicants must submit to a criminal records check. Interview, tour, orientation and training all happen prior to the match.
