L.L. Bean/YMCA 4th of July 10K 

Numerous opportunities are available. Volunteers receive t-shirts, refreshments and a chance to rub elbows with world class runners.

Volunteer opportunities include:
*Flagger/Traffic Control - adults only, the safety of runners depends on responsible use of the flags
*Water Stop - have cups of water ready for runners
*Day of registration from 6 a.m. - 7:20 a.m.
*Food table assistance
*Park/race course clean-up 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
*Help collect chips and hand out water at the finish line
*Help with the Kids Fun Run/Walk
