The American Red Cross supplies blood to all 39 hospitals in Maine and the need for blood never lessens.  Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs a blood transfusion and one unit of blood can help save up to 3 lives!  Blood supply is most limited in the summer time so help put an end to the blood supply defecit at the 4th Annual Marathon Blood Drive.  Donors will receive a "Got Blood?" t-shirt and a free CINEMAGIC movies pass.  They will also be eligible to enter a free state-wide Red Sox ticket raffle, which will be drawn all season long.  Please spread the words and tell your friends, co-workers and family!  Donors must be 17, 16 with parental consent, 110lbs and have not given blood in the last 56 days.  Only 5% of eligible American blood donors choose to donate.  Help give the gift of life by attending the 4th Annual Marathon Blood drive from Friday August 7th at noon to Saturday, August 8th at 3:00PM at the Westbrook CINEMAGIC (183 County Rd, Westbrook, ME 04092).
