Volunteers are needed for the First Annual Community 4 Unity Peace Rally and Talent Showcase to take place on Saturday, March 18th from 6-10 PM at the Massasoit Community College Buckley Fine Arts Theater. For more information please email communityforunity@hotmail.com The following is a list of jobs that is needed for the night of the show: a. Ticket takers – 2 people b. Ticket sellers – 1 person c. Front door security/pat downs- 3 people (2 men and 1 female, must be comfortable doing searches which are a must) d. Ushers – Top of the Rainbow Club e. Talent Supervisor – In charge of making sure all talent is checked in, only has the people on their list with them and stays in the back room designated specifically for talent. 2 people, 1 person will run CD’s up to the show assistant and director. f. Security – 7 people to man seven offsite doorways, and an additional 2 if possible for inside the show. g. Special Guest and Judge Supervisor – Makes sure that all special guests and judges are accounted for and are in the correct place at the correct time. 1 person h. Special Guest/Judge/Press Table Check in – 1 person i. Food servers – 2 people for pizza, 1 for chips, 1 for drinks, and 1 cashier – 5 people in total |
