Rochester Primary Care Network is a primary force in eliminating health outcome disparities, while improving health outcomes, treating all people with the same high quality of care regardless of social, cultural, and economical status.

The strength behind the organization is the trust and respect among our affiliated centers, and the belief that all people should be able to receive quality health care regardless of racial, ethnic, socio-economic, or insurance status.

RPCN has worked quietly in the background, providing the grants, technical assistance, and enhanced Medicaid billing rates needed to keep our affiliated centers in business. We have emerged as the region's primary champion of efforts to increase access to care for the low-income uninsured and underinsured.

History:
The Rochester Primary Care Network (RPCN) was established in 1986, and has become the lead agency in the Rochester region advancing the availability of health and health-related services for the poor and underserved. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, RPCN is able to offer uninsured and underinsured patients the financial assistance necessary for making quality health and dental health affordable.

RPCN’s 90,000 patients receive care from our twenty six Affiliated Health Centers, which offer JCAHO accredited medical and dental services. Most physicians are long term employees of their respective center, and the care patients receive is among the finest in the region.
