It is the mission of Visiting Nurse Hospice to work in partnership with the Rochester community to provide hospice care to the terminally ill in a knowledgeable, compassionate and cost-effective manner while providing the highest quality care.

Description:
A Team Approach to Caring.
At Visiting Nurse Hospice and Palliative Care, we offer a team approach that meets the varied and changing needs of terminally-ill patients and their families. Volunteers are an integral part of the Hospice Team. Once trained they may work in several areas.
