Board members at Catholic Charities Community Services need to possess sensitivity to persons with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, those living with HIV/AIDS disease, and those with disabilities seeking an alternative to nursing home placement.
As a member of the Board, directors are asked to attend 6 board meetings, participate on at least one board committee, and participate in one activity per year that involves interaction with clients. Furthermore, Board members are asked to support the mission of the agency, contribute to the best of their ability their time, their skills and their financial support, and be able to supports the tenets of the Catholic faith.
The Board welcomes members of any faith.
