Lead Wipe Test Volunteers Needed
Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on June 22, 2009 |
Hundreds of children in our community have elevated lead levels in their blood and endure life long suffering due to unidentified lead hazards in their homes. Group 14621 is implementing a FREE confidential lead wipe test program to detect the lead levels in one’s house. This program will help residents to identify whether their homes pose potential health risks. Group 14621 is in search of more volunteers to help administer its free confidential lead wipe tests within the 14621 neighborhood. This is a great way for members of the community to become actively involved in helping to improve their community and positively affecting fellow residents’ lives. So call us today at 266-4693 to volunteer and make a difference in YOUR community!
Before administering the tests volunteers are required to attend a simple lead safety-training program.
This opportunity is sponsored by: Group 14621 Community Association, Inc.
We need volunteers who are free at these times
