Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, friendly but firm animal lover to help match our cats and kittens (and once in a while a dog) with the perfect adopter.

You must love cats for sure, and if you're a dog person too, great!

You will need to be detail-oriented, open-minded, and realistic.

This volunteer position requires contact with the public and you must be able to represent Four-Legged Friends in a professional manner at all times.

We will train you on the adoption process from filling out the adoption application to selecting the right pet.

Days and times are flexible, but you will need to be available on a set schedule.

Directions:

Starting point is Four-Legged Friends shelter in Penfield. We are located just east of the intersection of Penfield Road and Panorama Trail in Speedy's Plaza. From 490E exit at Penfield Road. Make left turn onto Penfield Road and continue straight until you turn in to Speedy's Plaza on your left, past Panorama Plaza. From 441 take Panorama Trail exit and head north to the light at Penfield Road. Turn right on Penfield Road then left into Speedy's Plaza.
