Why not volunteer for a special event this summer. There's lots of special events taking place and just think, you can volunteer and in many cases, enjoy the summer weather all at the same time. If you're a high school student, check out the 2008 Finger Lakes Triathlon under the EVENTS SECTION on your home page. This is a great way to meet your community service requirement. The staff will provide you with a community service certificate if you need one. Think how good you'll feel to have a jump on meeting your community service requirement before the next semester begins! |
