READY, RALLY, RESPOND

In an effort to prepare 125 additional volunteers to be ready to respond, if needed, during the upcoming 2006 hurricane season, the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross is launching the ReadyRallyRespond recruitment campaign. Volunteer Now for the ReadyRallyRespond Campaign: - Take a free 4 hour Disaster Training Course - Take free First Aid and CPR training after Disaster Training - Be able to give 3 consecutive weeks to assist on a disaster (If assigned, be able to leave within 24 to 48 hours) - Be in good physical health - Be comfortable flying to your disaster deployment site Classes will be held at 50 Prince St, Rochester on Saturday 10 June 9 am - 1 pm Tuesday 13 June 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm Saturday 17 June 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday 19 June 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Thursday 22 June 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm For more info contact Ellen O'Connor, Volunteer Development, Youth and Community Outreach.
