Description:
The Rockingham VNA & Hospice is a non-profit agency which has provided home health, hospice, and community services for adults throughout Rockingham County for more than a century. Visiting nurses, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, licensed nursing assistants, registered dietician, certified diabetes educators, enterostomal therapy nurse, and trained volunteers provide homecare for those acute, chronic and terminal patients in need. The goal of RVNA & Hospice is not only to care for the sick in their homes but to help patients regain function and independence. To further support that goal, RVNA & Hospice provides volunteer services through Hospice and the Solace volunteer programs that enhance the quality of life for many in the Rockingham County area.
