Description:
We are an assisted living community with 16 Residents, all of them relatively independent.

History:
The Pines used to be owned by a doctor who lived in Portsmouth. He picked this location to build his house because it was the highest point in Portsmouth. Since then, it has grown and become a residential community for the elderly who don't need to be in a nursing home, but for one reason or another are unable to stay in their own homes.
