Linked Together is a private, non profit organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting the youth of our community and surrounding areas to identify and achieve their goals through a variety of learning experiences and community participation.

Description:
Linked Together is a before and after school program housed out of the Newmarket Elementary school. We serve ages 5-15 providing arts and crafts, group activities, recreation, and more.
We also provide care during school vacations and the summer months.
As of September 2009 Linked Together has expanded to a second site (located out of the rec. center) which focuses on service learning and projects to better the community.

History:
Linked Together was established on July 1, 1996. When first opened we were licensed for 45 children and were housed out of the school cafeteria. Since then we have expanded to the use of not only the cafeteria but a class room in the school where the kindergarten and first grade program is held. We also have expanded to a second site in 2009 where service learning is the focus. This group which is housed out of the Recreation center work on projects that are a need in the community. The students learn and develop through active participation to find a solution to those needs.
