The Mission of Rochester District Visiting Nurse Association is to provide high quality, compassionate, cost-effective home and community health care services.
Description:
Rochester District Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit home health care agency serving the communities of Strafford, Northern Rockingham and Southern Carroll Counties in New Hampshire since 1913. Our services include skilled nursing with our certified specialists including obstetrical/pediatric nursing, IV nursing, wound/ostomy care and psychiatric nursing as well as rehabilitative therapies, medical social workers,telehealth, disease management, patient education/wellness programs, licensed nursing assistants. Support Services Program: Personal Care Service Providers, Homemakers, Staff Companions, In-Home Providers. Adult Day Center..Open Daily from 8am-5pm The perfect balance between healthcare and socialization in a safe environment. Volunteer Opportunities: Senior Companions, Companions, Adult Day Center volunteers, Pet Visitors and office Volunteers. We recognize the value of older Americans with their business and professional experience. Volunteers are engaged in meaningful ways to encourage them to contribute their time and energy for the greater community good.
