Description:
The First Tee introduces young people of all backgrounds to the game of golf and its inherently positive values, through programs that develop Life Skills and Nine Core Values - courtesy, respect, judgment, responsibility, sportsmanship, confidence, honesty, integrity, and perseverance.

History:
The First Tee was founded in NH in 2003 as The First Tee of the Seacoast. Rapidly it became obvious that there was interest in the program on a statewide level. In 2007 the organization expanded its charter to include all of the state. The First Tee is one of over 200 chapters in the US and 5 International locations.
