Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Spelling tests, times tables, book reports and more. Assist elementary students to complete their homework after school. Homework Clubs meet after school from 3:00-4:00 1-2 times a week.

This is a great opportunity for adults interested in helping youngsters be successful in school or for responsible teens looking to complete community service. This opportunity is available from October through May of each school year.

Volunteers who work one on one with students will be asked to complete a finger-print based background check at no cost to them.

This volunteer opportunity is available to the following types of volunteers
Youth/Teens (13-17)  Individual
Adults (26-54)  Small Group (2-10)
Adults (55+)  Unpaid Interns
Court-appointed  Young Adults (18-25)
Families
We are looking for volunteers with the following skills
Math / Science  Teaching
Reading  Tutoring
Volunteers will work with the following groups
Children (5-12)  Low-income / Poverty
