POLICIES OR PROBLEMS
.
The Decision is Yours!
Creating policies for volunteer programs.
June 27, 11:30-1:30 at the United Way.
All organizations make policy decisions regularly. Many policies are only developed and written down after a problem or crisis.
Creating written policies for your volunteer program can help tie your program to the mission of your agency, reduce risk, provide continuity, and free you from sticky situations.
Volunteer Managers, Executive Directors and Board Members are invited to attend this valuable workshop. Participants will access current or create new policies, to ensure that volunteers and agencies are able to work together towards your organizations mission.
RSVP to Robin Albert at 436-5554 x36 or email her through the United Way link below.
