To provide early care and education to facilitate the development of children and families to their fullest potential.

Description:
We currently serve up to 40 families. We employee 15 people at this center.

TDC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which develops policies and guidelines for the agency.

We hire staff & enroll children without regard to race, color , religion, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.

We are involved in the community through various projects and participation in other organization with related focus.

History:
TDC was formed in 1963 when a group of concerned citizens worked together to create one of the first child care centers in Topeka. It is a TDC priority that our services are affordable.
