Our Mission @ Exploring Life is directed toward improving the quality of life and to provide a safe working environment where the consumers feel valued, respected and welcomed. We want our consumers to have the opportunity to achieve what goals they may have set for themselves as well as giving them the opportunity to explore new options. We strive to help our consumers feel good about their accomplishments reassuring them, that what they do is important. We believe that our efforts will benefit the consumers as well as ourselves

Description:
We are a non-profit organization that works with the MR/DD population. We offer our consumers an opportuntity to learn new life skills. We also get them out into the community to help with social skills. Some of them have jobs that we job coach them on. We have been in buisness since April 2004. We have trained staff to help them with their needs.

History:
We Started in April 2004 and now have a new location @ 1815 SW Fairlawn Rd. We started off with 3 clients and now have 20 that we serve. We have 4 exceptionally qualified staff members that. We are affiliated with TARC and have a license with the State of Kansas.
