The program focus has always been High Quality, affordable child care and early education for families where all the adults work outside the home. TDC encourages learning by providing an environment conducive for the development of a child's natural inner creativity. Play, positive interactions with teachers and other children support social, emotional and intellectual growth, making the educational process FUN!
