The Antioch Family Life Center, Inc., located at 1921 SE Indiana (formerly Highland Park North Elementary School) seeks volunteers to serve on its Board of Directors. We are hopeful to get volunteers of diverse cultures and backgrounds to work with existing board members in program and capacity building. We are a social services agency whose focus is on the socio-economically disadvantaged and at-risk individuals and families. There are several committee positions and need enthusiastic, energetic, individuals who want to work at the grass-root level of program and capacity building. We seek accountants, grant-writers, fundraisers, legal, educators, electricians, contractors, and other professional volunteers. Available terms are from one to three years. Contact Randy Hodge, Board President; Erma Officer, Exec. Director or Glenda DuBoise, Vice President at 232-1937. Board positions open until positions filled.
Volunteers will be required to attend Board Orientation. Volunteers should be at least 18 years of age and older. This opportunity is sponsored by: The Antioch Family Life Center, Inc.
