RVAP Advocates make a difference in the lives of victims/survivors of sexual assault by providing counseling, support and referral on the 24-hour Local Rape Crisis and Iowa Sexual Abuse Hotlines, as well as in person at the hospital or police station. Advocates must be at least 19 years old, fill out an application, pass a screening interview, and complete a 32-hour agency training.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Rape Victim Advocacy Program
