The Linn County Nonprofit Resource Center (LCNRC) is committed to developing training opportunities that have a deep and lasting impact on individuals and organizations.  Thus the LCNRC Board Institute was developed to help nonprofit organization board members and executive directors acquire the best knowledge and practices for board governance, and develop more effective habits in communication, conflict resolution, shaping a productive board culture, and other vital elements of excellence in board performance.

This training includes 4 sessions:

• Thursday, March 13, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Thursday, April 10, 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• Thursday, May 8, 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• Thursday, June 12, 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
