Already volunteering? Thinking about it? Become one of thousands of young Iowans rocking with The 10,000 Hours Show (10K) this year. 10K wants to recognize your volunteer service with a major concert that's just for volunteers. Rock the community now, verify the hours you served, and then you can rock the concert this spring in Iowa City.

Ben Folds, Guster, Cake, Jack's Mannequin, and OK Go played the last five 10K concerts, and this year's concert will be just as sweet (concert details announced in early spring). You don't want to miss it!

Here's how you get involved:

1) Get Connected: Complete the volunteer registration process below.

2) Rock the community: Volunteer at least 10 hours at a local agencies.  You can find 10K eligible opportunities and agencies by looking for the blue 10K medallion. 

3) Get verified: Submit your volunteer hours online via Corridor Volunteers to the organization(s) you served.

4) Get approved: After submitting your hours, make sure your nonprofits verify those hours electronically on Corridor Volunteers.

5) Rock the concert: You know how.
