Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center

The Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center celebrates, nurtures, presents and preserves African American performing arts and cultural legacies.

Description:
The center provides a unique opportunity for all citizens of Seattle, from various walks of life and diverse backgrounds to experience and engage in the performing arts.

The center has a rich history of international theater performances, most recently by the Russian Community Theater Group, led by Pavel Sergeyv; Sub Rosa, performed by Cherrone Wong; and Khamelion Theater, led by Igor Musiyenko.
