International Smile Power
Logo

International Smile Power partners with people in underserved areas to restore and sustain health around the world. We also create bridges of friendship between children in public and at-risk schools here and their peers around the world.

Description:
Smile Power provides healthcare, education and relief to orphans, refugees, and isolated people; by doing so, they know that we care. We educate and empower area leaders to treat and prevent health problems by providing necessary supplies and training, thus promoting community independence. We motivate people and help them in humanitarian outreach projects, thereby providing better access to healthcare worldwide. We recognize and acknowledge, with honor and respect, the greatness that is inherent in every person, sharing unconditionally with others....even if it's just with a smile. Smile Power brings people together in good health, mutual respect, and cross-cultural understanding, thereby enhancing all of our lives.

History:
The International Smile Power was formed in 1990 and received 501(c)(3) status in 2000, after 5 years of involving local school children in the process of delivering health care, education and school supplies to people in underserved areas of the world, where there is little or no access to basic services.
