Sound Mental Health's mission is to strengthen our community and improve the lives of our clients by delivering excellent health and human services tailored to meet their needs. Description:
Sound Mental Health provides a wide range of behavioral and mental health health services. Over 12,000 individuals receive services each year, from birth to 92. We are the largest comprehensive mental health provider in King County and have facilities located County wide.
History:
Sound Mental Health was founded in 1966 and served primarily the Seattle area. Through expansion to South King County and the East Side SMH now serves all of King County.
