Overall Experience

It was amazingly fun and rewarding for all of us
 |
Instead of lying on the bunk and flushing our time down the drain, it was much more rewarding for us to go out and contribute to the community. Painting is not a skill everyone possesses, and this project helped us to learn how to do it well and correctly. Each of us worked together and paint the apartment. Although we didn't finish all the parts the agency wanted us to finish, we had so much fun, and we felt so accomplished from this experience. Many of us are inspired by how much help one can be by just simply stepping out of the bedroom and doing some simple work! We are all very grateful for what is given to us! posted by todd0302 on January 21, 2009 |
