• cultivate and recruit new board members
• provide a link to community organizations, businesses, and groups
• Creativity with creating and managing fundraising initiatives
• Persistence in reaching fundraising targets

Over the next three years Rose of Lima House will expand four-fold while transitioning from a transitional housing program to a permanent housing program. This change in focus comes as a new facility replaces the existing one. |
