Position title: Development Chair
Description: Seattle Audubon seeks a Development Committee Chair. This Board level position provides leadership in Seattle Audubon efforts to engage individuals who care about or have an interest in Seattle Audubon through various activities such as individual donor solicitations, major gifts, planned giving, memorials and bequests, membership, mailed appeals, events, planned giving, and corporate contributions. The Development Chair works with staff and other board members to ensure that the culture and the constituencies of Seattle Audubon are accurately and authentically represented by the Development Plan. The Development Chair also chairs the Development Committee, which consists of Board members, volunteers, and staff.
