Position title: Child Care Governance Opportunity
Description: A Board member's reflection: ...This center is built, and more important, (has) sustained, a Board of Directors beyond compare in my experience. New members plug into open positions and many members stay long after their direct connection to Small Faces has dissolved. Specifically, former parents remain associated, long after their kids leave, and you even retain a never-parent. That is an amazing indicator of what you have accomplished.

I have watched as over time, the various board groups have not only sustained the organization, but accomplished what most folks, (me included) did not think could happen - buying the building. Thank you for all of it.
