When Will joined Homestead's Board in 2007, he had no idea that he would be in a leadership position during a time of exponential growth and transition. Today, the Board of Homestead can be proud of a portfolio of homes worth $12 million which have been added in the last seven years, and are owned by moderate income homeowners around the Seattle area. Homestead will be adding 50-100 homes a year by 2014.
