Well-matched applicants are invited to attend a Camp Ten Trees Board of Directors meeting to ask and field follow-up questions. The Board of Directors of Camp Ten Trees enjoys an informal structure as well as well as productive and enthusiastic meetings. Each Board Director contributes to the overall work of governance, policy, and procedure for the organization. Additionally, members are involved in the work of a Board Committee (such as Fund Development, Finance, Board Development, etc.). Even as relatively new entity, the Camp Ten Trees Board benefits from years of organizational cultural development. Thus, Camp Ten Trees Board Directors benefit from a warm, welcoming, and inspirational environment, well staged for generative conversations focused on everything from ambassadorship to infrastructure building. Currently, this newly-minted Board of Directors is racially composed only of white members, with a variety of genders and ages represented. Camp Ten Trees excitedly welcomes applicants of color to the table. Additionally, the Camp Ten Trees Board of Directors offers a welcoming space for transgender and gender variant people, as well as men and women.
