Description:

Members of the Bord of Directors of Friends of CASA (FOC) serve for a minimum of one year. Currently there are 11 other Board members. FOC solicits financial assistance from the community and uses its resources to assist Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in advocating for and working with abused and neglected children who are part of the King County dependency court system. Our funds are used when no other assistance is available to the CASA and when it furthers the cause of establishing a permanent placement of the child. We also assist in volunteer recruitment and recognition and in program staff training and development.
