The Lake Wilderness Arboretum is maintained and developed by volunteers. Each Wednesday from 9AM-noon meet with others that love the outdoors and plants to work in the arboretum gardens. Each Thursday from 9AM-noon come and join us in the nursery as we propagate plants for our plant sales and our gardens. Court-ordered community service volunteers are accepted. Youth volunteers are welcome. Volunteer with your family.
No requirements, just an interest in plants. There is no age restriction for this opportunity. If under 16, must be accompanied by a parent. This opportunity is sponsored by: Lake Wilderness Arboretum Foundation

To get to The Lake Wilderness Arboretum take the
Maple Valley Hwy (169) to Witte Rd. If you are going south
take a right at Witte Rd and go to 248th St. At 248th St.
take a left to the Arboretum. At the bend in the road, turn left into the parking lot. Walk into the arboretum. We will meet at the gazebo. |
