Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on June 17, 2009 |
On Saturday mornings, 9:30am to 1pm: You would load and carry our music and worship supplies one block from our office to our place of worship. You would set up for worship and then take it down and schlep it back to the office (using a car or a cart). You would have the opportunity to participate in awesome musical celebration with homeless and formerly homeless women. You would be contributing to our weekly celebration of the gospel, and be inspired by their stories of faith. You need to be female. We ask for a commitment of two months minimum. Or, alternatively, you may choose to come 1 or more times per month on a regular, ongoing basis. We would provide ongoing training and reflection in being with people who are less fortunate. This opportunity is sponsored by: Church Of Mary Magdalene
We need volunteers who are free at these times
