Duties for Office volunteer: (a) Filing Boyer client-related billing paperwork, misc. insurance documents, and EOB’s (explanation of benefit forms) (b) Copying EOB’s and ensuring that HIPAA requirements are followed on file documentation copies (c) Making up new client file folders
