The Grant Writer will assist Families and Friends with researching, identifying, and writing grant proposals. This includes finding grants that Families and Friends of Violent Crime Victims is eligible for, writing cover letters, and preparing the grants. All volunteers must complete a criminal background check and sign a confidentiality agreement. Ideally, the grant writer would have prior grant-writing, editing, or writing experience.
