Volunteer Opportunity Details:

This position will provide customer service for our wonderful school grantees and our 800+ schools using Salesforce. (If you know, Great! If not, but you are keen on learning, we will help you get on your feet).

General office support includes photocopying, filing, assisting with mailings, data entry & taking and returning phone calls.

We are seeking volunteers who are patient, polite, detailed, extremely trustworthy and confidential. We would like volunteers who are comfortable working with computers, adapt in taking phone calls, excellent communicators and can handle multiple tasks.

There are two shifts available Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 9:45am-12:45pm or 1pm-4pm. One shift from 9:45am-4:00pm would also work.
