Volunteers are needed at lunch time once a week to help third and fourth graders improve their reading skills. Using a curriculum provided by Costco volunteers will work one-on-one with students to improve their reading ability. Training for volunteers will be offered this October with the tutoring to last for 26 weeks thereafter. Volunteers must complete and pass a Washington State Patrol background check plus attend a 2 hour training on the use of the reading curriculum.
