Be a part of the dance community! ARC Dance seeks an outgoing organized 'people person' to assist the Ex. Director 5-10 hours a week. Duties would be wide and varied and would include:
answering the phone/handling the mail; maintaining the files; maintaining the donor base; maintaining the Ex Director's calendar; managing volunteers and interns; staffing the Board; managing the web site; assisting in organizing performances and fundraisers; and being an advocate for ARC in the dance community. You would be exposed to professional dancers as well as young aspiring dancer in our affiliated ARC School of Ballet. Fun!
The job requires good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. We seek a person with good communication skills and ability to work with others; organized and able to multi-task; with a friendly and outgoing personality who is able to be the public face of ARC Dance in the office. The person must have a willingness to jump in and do what is necessary--a 'can-do ' attitude. This opportunity is sponsored by: ARC Dance
