Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on September 17, 2009 |
The second week of December we have a Happy Holiday Gift Distribution program for nearly 400 children. We need volunteers to help collect donated goods and pack them together for families to pick-up. We will need help tagging the bags. We will need personal shoppers to assist families with gathering packages, gently used winter coats, hygiene items, books, and then help carrying it out to their cars. We will also need help cleaning up when the program comes to an end. We are not currently handi-capable and can not accommodate anyone needing wheel chair access. We hope to move this program to a handi-capable facility, so if we do we will update our opportunity. This opportunity is sponsored by: R.O.A.R. of Washington
We need volunteers who are free at these times
