Amica Seattle Marathon - Water Stop Volunteer (TNT!)

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on November 6, 2009

Team in Training is looking for 30 enthusiastic Water Stop volunteers for the Amica Seattle Marathon! This is a PRIME water stop, located early in the race course (shorter shift!) and inside the Express Lanes (shielded from the elements!). What better way to escape the holiday craziness?

STOP LOCATION: Water Station 3, located on I-90 just inside the West entrance to the Express Lanes.

MEET LOCATION: Parking lot on Lakeside Ave S, underneath I-90 and walk to the Water Stop as a group (roughly 2/3 mi).

SHIFT: 6:00am-10:00am

Volunteers will receive a 2009 Amica Insurance Seattle Marathon shirt and a water bottle. Grab your purple and sign up today!

Volunteers must be able to walk 2/3 miles to water stop location, stand for duration of shift and walk back to their cars. Please dress for the weather and bring snacks if you need!
