Position requires filling out an application annually with the Secretary of State and mailing a check for annual fees. Also, position requires filling out a one time application with the IRS. The main purpose of the applications is to keep our not-for-profit status in good standing. Also, position requires making one or two calls to selected business to encourage them to match employee donations. Youth volunteers are welcome.
This is an easy position and training is available. Volunteers do not have to make a long term commitment, but should try and replace themselves with other volunteers if they need to take a leave of absence. Training is available.
