Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on October 28, 2009

Like to chop? Cook? Package meals? You can do all these things while helping people living with HIV/AIDS, and have a GREAT time doing it, too!

Lifelong AIDS Alliance needs volunteers to prepare and package meals for our clients. This is an opportunity to work in a team of really cool people and do something very important for the community.

Shifts are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Please visit our website at www.llaa.org to fill out a volunteer application!

Volunteers will provide basic food preparation, including chopping and dicing large quantities (i.e. 50 lb. bags), food packaging, some cooking, general kitchen clean-up and taking out garbage. Volunteers must possess the ability to work as a team player, follow directions, and safely lift 30lbs.
