Description:
CATCH Neighborhood Housing is an award winning, community-based, non-profit organization offering a full spectrum of housing services to low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Merrimack County. Since it was founded in 1989, CATCH has developed and owns 239 affordable rental apartments, which allow 559 adults and children (currently) to have to safe, attractive, affordable housing. We are thrilled with the recent completion of Friedman Court II, our newest affordable housing development, which offers 41 affordable apartments to low-income seniors age 62 and over. CATCH has also provided home-buyer education and counseling to over 1,000 families through its Home Buyer & Financial Success Center(HBFSC). CATCH helps low- and moderate-income families become home owners through a three-pronged approached of financial fitness and home buyer education workshops, one-on-one counseling, and financial support. Since its founding, the HBFSC has helped more than 200 families purchase homes worth over $30 million in NH.
