Maine Hospice Event (formerly Dan Michaud Memorial Ride)

The Maine Hospice Event is an annual bike ride to raise money for the Maine Hospice Council and Hospice Volunteers: Midcoast Maine. The event offers a 25, 50, and 75 mile bike trek for which volunteers are needed for rest stops, registration, setup, clean up, and serving lunch. Volunteers wishing to help with planning are also welcome.

There are no special requirements. However, setup volunteers need to be able to lift some weight.

Directions:
 The Maine Hospice Council is located at 45 Memorial Circle in Augusta, Maine (the Preti Flaherty Building). To get to our office, take Turnpike Exit 109 toward Augusta. Travel 1.5 miles. Our office is located on the right side at the rotary, in the Preti Flaherty Building. The parking lot is just off State Street. The office is on the first floor down the hall to the left of the elevators.
