Join The Community Cancer Center On The Courts!

The Betty Blakeman Memorial Tennis Tournament will be held on Friday, July 17th until Sunday, July 19 by the Community Cancer Center. The event will take place at four different locations: Yarmouth High School, Valhalla Golf Club, North Yarmouth Academy and Falmouth High School. The tournament will begin at 10:00 AM Friday, 8:00 AM Saturday and 10:00AM Sunday. A BBQ dinner will take place after tournament matches on Saturday night. Participation will support the Community Cancer Center's mission to ensure the wellness of adults living with cancer. Volunteers will be needed each day for 2-3 hour shifts between the times of 10-noon and 2:30-5:00 PM each day. Extra help will be needed on Saturday night from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM to help with the BBQ dinner. If you believe in recycling, enjoy running errands and can set up and take down or just love tennis this event may be for you.
